Hi, Is there a way to get the command line interface option for OSX installed phenix GUI?
source /Applications/PHENIX-1.9-1692/Contents/phenix-1.9-1692/phenix_env.sh (or omit the trailing ".sh" if you're using csh/tcsh) -Nat
and ahm...Is it advisable to try commands in Windows?

Some commands should work fine - phenix.refine for instance was running on Windows long before there was a GUI. Others will almost certainly not, and we haven't really bothered to look into this in detail. You're welcome to try them if you have time to burn, but there is no guarantee of support. -Nat
