Dear colleagues, I have a chaperone map with D7 symmetry. But the Phenix «Map symmetry» tool finds only C7. Is there a way to make the software see the D7 symmetry of my protein? Many thanks for considering my request. Sincerely, Dmitry
Hi Dmitry,
Can you possibly add this keyword :
min_ncs_cc=0.7
That works for me with the map you sent me.
Let me know if that works for you!

Hi Dmitry, you can also suggest the program the reconstruction symmetry so it knows what to look for: symmetry=D7 Pavel On 6/30/23 13:22, Dmitry Semchonok wrote:
