Chain id of water is not reading by coot
Dear Friends, I have 7 chains in my pdb file. When I am reading the pdb file in COOT, for some reason the chain id(W) of water is not coming in the list. I clicked on 'draw' and then 'go to atom'. I can see all other chains but not W. I created water in PHENIX Is there any wrong in my pdb? Hi Raja, I just took a random PDB file and appended the four waters you gave us below. In my version of COOT (which is 0.6-pre-1 revision 2076) it works just fine: I can see all the chains. If you send me the whole PDB file I will have a closer look. Pavel. On 9/2/09 2:45 PM, Raja Dey wrote:
