Hi Crystal, Yes, if you use the autobuild wizard, then the model-building in resolve will try to arrange all the chains in the most compact possible way. If there is NCS, it will try to make the ncs copies compactly arranged as well. I hope that helps! -Tom T

I was wondering if there is a tool in RESOLVE that, when used through PHENIX, links up individual chains of residues and ties in symmetry related fragments so that, as a result, packs everything together to generate more of a globular unit?
