I'm sorry for the crash!  I can't seem to make it happen here though.  Can you try this test (requires $PHENIX to be defined):

   libtbx.python "$PHENIX/modules/phenix_regression/wizards/AutoBuild_tests/test_AutoBuild_mult/tst_AutoBuild_mult.py"

Can you send me (off-list) a screen shot of your GUI windows and also the full log file for the run?  That should allow me to reproduce what you are trying.
