Hi Oliver, You can get the boost directory via these cctbx bundles: http://cci.lbl.gov/cctbx_build/ Click on the date/time tag for the cci apps version you had previously, or if you don't know, go back one by one. BTW: there is no need to delete cci apps or phenix versions. Simply don't source the old setpaths or phenix_env and the old version is "virtually not there (tm)". Ralf
