Hi Luca,

The log file should have some lines at the end that include something like:

 final_d_fsc_half_map_143:        3.01
 starting_d_fsc_half_map_143:   3.01

Those are the estimates of starting and final resolution, based on half-map FSC = 0.143.  If you do not use local_sharpening then the starting and final resolution will normally be the same.

Let me know if that doesn't do it!

All the best,
Tom T

Hi,

Is there a way to estimate the resolution of the map obtained from phenix.local_aniso_sharpen? I find that it produces nice maps, but there’s no output information that I can see.

Best wishes,
Luca
