Looks like you installed the Python 3 version of Phenix on a Windows machine.

The full functionality on Windows can be achieved by installing Python2 Linux version under WSL, as outlined on the download page here:

https://phenix-online.org/download/phenix/release/

If you cannot use WSL at all, I would encourage you to try release candidate here:

https://phenix-online.org/download/phenix/nightly/?version=2.0rc1-5555

which has native Windows installer. Note that we are still ironing out some GUI issues so you may encounter errors.
