Hi Jerome,
Run phenix.real_space_correlation without argument for usage instructions.
It expects a parameter file on the command line (not a PDB file).

Hi: I am trying to run phenix.real_space_correlation from the command line and received the following error message. Is there a specific syntax i should use?
Thank you, -Jerome
