[phenixbb] mmtbx.ringer with noise maps

Hi everyone, I am using mmtbx.ringer via phenix-1.21rc1-5127 to explore ED changes from END/RAPID maps. While it’s possible to provide volume scaled maps, it does seem possible to provide noise maps from END/RAPID is that correct or am I missing sth.? Related: setting gui=true enables to graphically browse through the results, it does not seem to be possible to automatically save all these plots. Is it possible to activate this? Best regards, Eike
