no, this is not done if the data is from twinned crystal. Maps already can be model biased due to detwinning (if twin-fraction is close to 0.5) so I didn't want it to be even worse

I'm not sure map sharpening is done in case of twinning (otherwise it is an option that you can turn on/off either in phenix.refine or in more specific tool for maps calculation called phenix.maps). I will check this later today and reply.
