Sorry for the late reply, this looks like a font-config issue. Can you print out your environment variables with "printenv" from a terminal? We ship our own GUI dependencies, but there may be an environment variable that is overriding our settings.

Hi Dong-Hua,

It looks like the software is built for CentOS 6.10, while Sherlock is running CentOS 7.x, so incompatibilities are likely.
Is there a way to rebuild it from source. maybe?
