status of mmtbx/phenix.molprobity
Dear All, we'd like to use mmtbx validation code. Is all the code in mmtbx meant to be open-source, even if the dispatchers have names starting with phenix? In particular I'm thinking about phenix.molprobity. (the names are not a problem, I just want to double check that it's ok if we use it) All the best in 2016, Marcin
Hi Marcin, if something is in the cctbx then it is open source and can be used by anyone. It is possible there are some dependencies of course, but the core molprobity program are all open source as well. So I would say the answer is yes, you can use it. Pavel On 1/4/16 03:36, Marcin Wojdyr wrote:
