I've just had a look at http://wiki.debian.org/DebianScience/cctbx. I think ssm (or libssm) is missing in the list of dependencies.

I can't find any mention of ssm in SConscript but there is ccp4io/lib/ssm. Actually ccp4io is not mentioned on that web page. Could somebody explain that to me? Best wishes, Luc
